张海迪1955年出生在山东半岛文登县的一个知识分子家庭里。5岁的时候，胸部以下完全失去了知觉，生活不能自理。医生们一致认为，象这种高位截瘫病人，一般很难活过27岁。在死神的威胁下，张海迪意识到自己的生命也许不会长久了，她为没有更多的时间工作而难过，更加珍惜自己的分分秒秒，用勤奋的学习和工作去延长生命。
她在日记中写到：“我不能碌碌无为地活着，活着就要学习，就要多为群众做些事情。既然是颗流星，就要把光留给人间，把一切奉献给人民。”

上个世纪八十年代，中国女排创造了“五连胜”的神话。1981年，学校停课、工厂停工，各行各业无一例外地暂停了脚步，只为全民收看一场决赛的直播。报纸的郎平专栏里，有报道说，那个年代工厂女工深受女排精神感动，主动加班超额完成任务。这是怎样的一种正能量?这种永不磨灭的斗志传承了30年仍旧熠熠生辉!

有一天，太宗对魏征说：我在朝堂上发表什么意见，大家都齐声表示拥护，独有你往往不立即应声，当众跟我闹别扭。难道你就不能当时答应一声，过后再对我说吗?魏征回答说：古时候，舜告诫禹说：你不要当面服从、赞成，过后又来提意见。如果只讲面从，不当众立即提出不同意见，这可不是禹、稷对舜的态度啊!太宗听了，哈哈大笑说：大家都说你举止粗疏傲慢，我怎么越看越感到你是那样的妩媚可爱呢!
贞观六年，一些朝臣奏请唐太宗前往泰山举行封禅大典，以显耀文治武功。唯独魏征当面直言以为不可。太宗感到非常扫兴，不耐烦地质问魏征：你不同意我封禅，难道认为我功业不高么?德行不厚么?外邦没有臣服么?祥瑞没有出现么?年成不好么?魏征针锋相对地答道：陛下功业员高，但恩泽尚未及于全国; 国家虽已太平，但物资还不足以供国用;外邦小国虽已臣服，但还不能满足 他们的要求;祥瑞虽多次出现，但法网还嫌繁密;年成虽然不错，但仓库还显空乏。因此，我以为不可举行封禅。
