第一个事例是：新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些涉及文明礼貌的标语，如不准随地吐痰、禁止吸烟、不准进入草坪等却用中文书写。为什么呢?人家回答：因为有这些不文明行为的大数是中国大陆的游客。为此，到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：不文明行为也是国耻。

让历史镜头回到去年11月22日，青岛输油管道爆炸，62人遇难，136人受伤。六十二条鲜活的生命瞬间消失，单纯是因为隐患没有认真排查，因为违规操作，本该及时发现处理的问题无法处理。那些鲜活的面孔和熟悉的身影，在那一天永远地离开了这个世界。花无法掩盖它们痛苦的残骸;悲伤和喜悦压制不住亲人嘶哑的哭声!那个轰轰烈烈的身影已经变成了回忆的幻觉，他们年轻的、突然熄灭的灵魂已经把他们的亲情、友情、爱情变成了一滴绝望，扎进了每一个活着的人的胸膛!逝者已矣，留给我们的是无言的悲痛和沉重的思考!
我在现在的职位上已经工作了将近一年。刚到班里的时候，班里一个老师傅经常给我上课，在我耳边唠叨安全和劳动纪律，我听在耳朵里却不以为然。今年2月27日，和往常一样，他在班里吃完午饭跟我说了他的经历。现在天气越来越暖和，由于温度变化，管道接头、法兰和阀门处的螺栓容易松动。检查时一定要谨慎，不能放过每一个小角落，还要加强检查频率。我瞪着他说，师父，请你别说了，让我睡个午觉。他说可以，但是我们得检查完回来。无奈，和往常一样，中午阳光明媚的时候又去视察。经过2#罐时，发现脱水阀法兰突然漏油。于是我们马上报告，车间采取了快速有效的救援方案。它保证了企业的财产安全，防止了安全隐患。从此老师傅不再像以前那样和我说话了，因为他看到我的安全意识提高了，操作更加规范了。
在过去的一年多时间里，石油车间进一步完善了安全生产过程管理。共发现150多处事故隐患，其中148处已彻底整改，两处正在整改。车辆静电接地，司机佩戴100%劳动保护。全年不缺“三件”车辆。人的不安全行为和事物的不安全因素明显减少。车间形成了“有人时刻负责，有人事事负责”的良性发展局面。自投产以来，采油在过程控制上实现了零事故、低污染、零危害。
这些都是油坊全体员工强化红线意识，对自己和他人的安全负责的体现。正因为如此，我们才能保证几年无事故生产。今后，我们将进一步完善制度，强化责任，强化管理，严格监督，落实安全生产责任制，有效防范各类生产安全事故。
